Navigo Vacationer is operated by Navigo Vacation Club, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Island One, Inc. (“Club Navigo”).
Benefit. Navigo Vacationer provides the purchaser with Stay Points in one of two package options: Premium Vacationer or Ultimate Vacationer. Purchasers of either option receive the following benefits:
› Subject to availability, Stay Points may be applied toward accommodations in the following Navigo Vacationer resorts: Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay, Naples, Florida; Chenay Bay Beach Resort, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; The Cove On Ormond Beach, Ormond Beach, Florida; Crescent Resort On South Beach, Miami South Beach, Florida; Grand Seas Resort, Daytona Beach, Florida; and Liki Tiki Village, Orlando, Florida.
› Navigo Vacationer vacation purchasers may also apply their Stay Points toward a cruise vacation in conjunction with a resort stay as a Land & Sea package. Purchasers are responsible for additional port charges and taxes. Limited to one cruise per Navigo Vacationer package.
Island One and Club Navigo reserve the right at any time to add, remove or substitute accommodations and locations where Navigo Vacationer Stay Points may be used.
Vacation. Navigo Vacationer vacation purchasers may begin to use the Stay Points available to them upon execution of the Navigo Vacationer Stay Points Agreement (“Agreement”) signed on behalf of Island One and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Stay Points listed are for full week and daily usages. Navigo Vacationer purchasers may make a reservation, based upon availability, for any resort villa size and length of stay or a cruise with Stay Points values equal to or less than the number of Stay Points obtained by the purchaser. Club Navigo has the right to revise Stay Points assignments for reservations made for resort stays or cruises from time to time. As a consequence of Club Navigo’s right to revise Stay Points assignments, Navigo Vacationer purchasers are advised that the number of Stay Points required to make a reservation for an accommodation at a particular resort, or during a particular season, or for a particular day or unit type or for a cruise may increase or decrease. Resort stays require a three-night minimum. Cruise vacations require a four-night minimum. Seven-night stays may be required for holidays and special event weeks.
Stay Points for Premium Vacationer packages must be used within 18 months after the effective date of purchase and Stay Points for Ultimate Vacationer packages must be used within 24 months after the effective date of purchase (the “Package Period”). The Package Period of the Premium Vacationer may be extended on a one-time basis only for an additional six months with payment of a $99 fee. It is recommended that purchasers make reservation requests as early as possible to increase the opportunity to receive desired dates and resort location. All reservation requests are subject to space availability, including limited availability for highly demanded times and locations, and subject to the Club Navigo reservation policy as such policy may be changed from time to time by Club Navigo in its sole discretion and without notice.
Navigo Vacationer benefits are valid only during the Navigo Vacationer Package Period. Benefits are subject to change without notice.
Reservation Verification & Arrival Details. Club Navigo will send a written verification of a reservation within 14 days after confirmation, with directions and check-in times. The written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver’s license and a major credit card) must be presented at check-in. A credit card imprint and authorization will be required upon check-in to cover a security deposit and any incidental charges.
Cancellations & Reschedules. The Agreement may be cancelled without any penalty or obligation within 30 days after the date of purchase or receipt of the Agreement signed on behalf of Island One, whichever is later. The Agreement may also be canceled if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the Agreement. If the purchaser decides to cancel the Agreement pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the purchaser must notify Island One in writing of the purchaser’s intent to cancel the Agreement. The notice of cancellation is effective upon the date sent and must be sent to Island One, Inc., ATTN: Navigo Vacationer, 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL 32819. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in the Agreement, including these details of participation. Navigo Vacationer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Purchasers may cancel one confirmed vacation reservation as late as 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date without penalty. A $50 administration fee will be due before a new request can be processed: (1) if a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date or (2) if a purchaser makes more than two cancellations. To request a reservation cancellation, contact Club Navigo via phone or email. Failure to contact Club Navigo to cancel a confirmed reservation will result in forfeit of purchaser’s Stay Points used to make the reservation. Purchasers may request new vacation dates, as long as the rescheduled check-in is during their Package Period.
Limitations. Neither Island One nor Club Navigo is responsible for any defaults, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages in respect to or arising out of services or properties of independent third parties. Neither Island One nor Club Navigo assume responsibility for any unauthorized representations, whether verbal or written, made in conjunction with this offer by any third party distributors or their agents.
Restrictions. Navigo Vacationer is not valid with any other promotional offer. Limit one Navigo Vacationer package purchase per family. The maximum number of people (including all children) who may occupy resort accommodations is: ten in a three-bedroom villa; six in a two-bedroom villa; four in a one-bedroom villa; and two to four in a studio villa. This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or any other incidentals. No pets allowed. This offer is not redeemable for cash; is not transferable and is void where prohibited by law.
